Digital Products
Purchases of digital products are non-refundable. By placing an order and receiving immediate access to the digital content, you acknowledge and expressly agree that your right of withdrawal expires upon delivery, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Physical Products
You can return your order within 14 days, as long as it’s still sealed in its original shrink wrap. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the unopened product. Pre-orders, due to their limited nature, are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged.
Pre-order Products
If your order was placed as a pre-order, please note that pre-orders are considered binding and non-refundable once confirmed, as they are produced in limited quantities and made specifically to meet demand. By placing a pre-order, you agree to reserve a product that may not yet be in stock at the time of your purchase. A refund will only be issued if the product is not delivered within the communicated timeframe, or if the item arrives damaged or incorrect, as outlined above.
